Educate yourself with thesigns of poor mental wellness so you can recognize them in yourself or help a loved one who may be in mental distress.
Familiarize yourself with these warning signs:false belief held by a person which is not held by others of similar cultural background; a person sees, hears, feels, smells or tastes things that are not actually there; disorganized thought, speech or behavior; diminished emotional expression; decreased motivation; confused thinking; long-lasting sadness or irritability; extremely high and low moods; excessive fear, worry, or anxiety.
Please, remember to pay attention to yourself and loved ones for personality change, agitation, withdrawal, poor self-care, and hopelessness. Someone may have one or more signs.
Consider speaking out for a friend, hosting a charity event, or spreading awareness in your community.
